Summer 2020. I took the plane to Sichuan from Beijing – a three hour flight. Stayed at a motel overnight, had a bun for breakfast in the bazzar, then took a 12-hour bus to Daliang Mountain, in search of Tiema Bridge. Could you imagine this single-lined railway, used to be the only railway line connecting Sichuan and Yunnan, having 120 million residents in total?
