在我小的时候，是看着一台台工业怪兽长大的。

父亲是钢铁厂的技术员，接爷爷的班；我现在长大了，却不太会去接父亲的班。虽然我家的“工业情节”到我这断了，但也是因为钢铁厂效益不好，规模萎缩，饭碗都难保了，父亲也快退休了；劳累了半辈子把我培养到可以独立生活。

有时候真的很羡慕现在的小孩子，一代人有一代人的心结，我的父母这么大的时候梦想的是每天能吃饱饭，我这么大的时候望着楼下穿梭来去的火车真想拥有一台“高仿玩具”能随时随地看着他跑。那个时候哪有什么模型的概念，一台铁胆火车侠玩具就是期末考试最好的奖励。我记得小学一年级的时候，楼下还是钢铁厂的自有铁路，天天跑上游；电视里热播的恰巧就是老版的铁道游击队，一个一年级小学生不看动画片天天追着铁道游击队看，看完电视还不算，还要搭小板凳翻上窗台看真车；经常就是听见汽笛一声，饭碗一扔，翻身下桌就跑。

I really wanted to have a “miniature train”, that I could watch it run at anytime, anywhere. At that time, there was no concept of a ‘train model’ . 现在的孩子，但凡能把玩具玩个七七八八的，只要想买火车模型，父母都还是会给满足。我自认为我算是幸运的，中学时代就玩上了火车模型，不赶早，刚好接触到物理这门课，对电路有那么一点点感知；玩起车来也懂爱护，不至于很快就给弄成残次品。

我的第一台火车模型并不是最早进入中国，铺货最全的百万城；而是一个国内知名的三无小作坊N27的产品。彼时，小时后看见的那些东风韶山，解放上游已经模糊了；觉得刚刚上线的“和谐”简直不要很帅，然后就爽快地买了一台自己从未见过的“和谐号”——HXD3；无奈那时候只是喜欢火车，觉得D3C，D1C，D3侧面都是一个梯形+红字就天真地以为是同一种车。我是春节的时候买回来的，然后过年坐火车回老家就发现了问题，唉，怎么脸不一样啊？？就这样，糊里糊涂地开始了自己的入坑生涯… …
